The new Shock actually is a useful one for attack/cast speed as you are able to apply stronger Shocks faster providing that the damage increase granted by Shock is sufficient to allow you to get to the next Shock Threshold.

I do not think ANYONE was complaining around the PC changes.. Just the Frenzy ones, since that'd ruin build diversity.

The PC change is okay, but I don't believe Frenzies should exclude non-attackers..

Similar to how allowing PC to own POE Items PS4 Spell dmg opens up for NON-Crit builds, Frenzies focusing on NON-atk builds is the similar thing! Why remove diversity during one Charge, but include it with another??


Wow, what an number of POE PS4 Currency energy individuals are putting into whining...

It's their game and allow them decide what's beneficial to their game. If we do not like it then we could just stop playing.
