But if you attempted to use that skill on a degree 26 rogue now it wouldn't do anything since you can not utilize it.By that logic, Affordable Shot has shifted because various gear pieces and abilities altered it WoW's history, some of which do not currently exist. Spells like Frostbolt have changed less than Affordable Shot.
