Falconer, the author of two novels in the Redfall show, noticed that ZeniMax Media tried to file a trademark for the phrase"Redfall" and claims that he and his lawyers attempted to work out a deal which was ignored by the company.

"My lawyers made attempts to contact gaming business to work out a simple licensing agreement for them to utilize my Redfall title," said Falconer. "They dismissed me every time. Shame. Left me no choice. All might have been prevented. Just call my attorneys back."

This could prove to be the embarrassing situation for Bethesda and ZeniMax. It is made by the nature of the dispute that a resolution may not be made until sometime in 2020. That means that Bethesda and ZeniMax could be prohibited from officially using the Redfall name before buy The Elder Scrolls Blades Boosting this whole matter is settled. There are a couple things that could occur along the way that would pay disputes, but shy of these losing the usage of Redfall, that could be a worst-case scenario.
