Either that or you are out of luck, but the probability of that occurring anyway are slim to none to start with. Additionally, nexonNA could automatically prohibit phone numbers from MaplestoryM Mesos all countries outside of the serviced nations, thus making it even harder for chinese meso farmers to operate (they would require a massive supply of American/canadian phone numbers and corresponding telephones on hand to create additional bots).

Ok, I know I've written about Hayato a few times in the past, but I really, really believe that he's rather underpowered. He is, basically, a fast-paced mobbing warrior. But, that seems to be the only real thing . His 1v1 ability, Shinsoku, seems fairly underwhelming, even with Hypers considered and even a good piece of funding. This endangers him at worst, hinders him at least for most major directors (Empress, Hard Magnus, to mention 2).

Besides that, I think that Hayato, for it is current underpowered status, is quite hard to buff with out becoming overpowered. It is already kind of a bully class early to mid game (Lv. 30-130) in terms KSing potential for his or her mobbing skills, plus his blisteringly fast strikes.

If you were to correct the damage%'s of his Sanrenzan, or perhaps add extra attack lines, then it makes him overpowered. Perhaps if Shinsoku had a higher% damage per line, it can help things, but I'd suggest including a dab of some kind to his kit.

Now, skills aside, I also believe that there is a much greater reason he does not get as much love from players: his command. Granted, he has 60% mastery from the very beginning, but that would be buy Maplestory mobile mesos. Other courses get 80% control, keeping their harm comparatively stable. Hayato? His damage jumps about as far as he does. There's also the matter of his assault multiplier (which is quite hard to adjust in a means that's balanced).
