Runescape just appears to have a disproportionate von MMOexpsitefanss Blog

7M a hour is absurd and he's not actually botting. Almost as much cash as 3 guy efficient TOB raids at maximum combat and equipment. A little bit of low level questing and RuneScape gold time is the only barrier to entry. He exposed this to the entire community and just pressured Jagex's hand. JageX dont care about game ethics. When will this sink to peoples heads. People are literally out there buying skilling services for 7-15m/h to get people train their account. These people are maxing without enjoying their acc buying max accounts. JageX do not care. They ban a couple infernal capes here and there sporadically"if they feel like". Thats all they can perform.

Just revert it at this stage at least. The update strike wilderness slayer very hard, and locked the pouch. Jagex consistently has been and still is incredibly slow and stubborn to acknowledge when they've released a bad upgrade and revert or alter it, the worst and most cited example where they actually killed RuneScape with the dual tap of commerce limitation and EoC. Today this trend continues. Things like this and many other examples is what makes the community loath to vote in game content RuneScape will eventually have to endure, like new skills. While the player foundation definitely has more confidence in Jagex than it used to, its still hard to give them the freedom they need when things like this happen.

Trade limit was not just something that they wanted. Pretty sure commerce limitation was a last resort option forced breaking the law during RuneScape. EoC on the other hand... disgusting. From the Runescape Documentary that a couple of decades ago, I believe one of the Gower brothers stated they were getting an insane amount of stolen credit cards being used for bot accounts. Visa said that unless they fixed their stolen credit card charge back problem Visa was about to ban Jagex.

It was probably just the number willing to engage in it. It is pretty hard to do this, but if you've played with a mainly JP game or on a JP server, then you will notice a severe reduction in things like evident RMT advertising. It is not the Japanese(or whatever country you can choose, JP is the one I know ) are more extensive of RMT busting, it is just that there's less of a marketplace for those RMTers. Runescape just appears to have a disproportionate number of players keen to engage in RMT.

Which is intriguing, the waterfall effect here is the fact that it is a lot easier to add gold to market. Which turns to gold becoming simpler to get, making gold sellers earnings lower to compete with each other, making bonds less likely to be purchased as opposed to gold sellers to buy old school runescape gold and making the bonds cost more due to reduced availability and higher gold amount available. Which is why we're seeing prices of a great deal of items fluctuating beyond what's ordinary these last couple of months. But for gamers like myself that makes money here and there and do not really work the expansive market like others have expertise doing, are having a more difficult time getting items we want for to accelerate our own leveling/questing.
