The next biweekly Toram Online balance upgrade only hit the live servers, in the kind of Patch 7.11.
This week, the fluctuations are

concentrated on adjusting the way heroes give away gold upon passing,
how buyback costs are determined, and how punishing it is to buy back in
the first place.
Earlier the patch, teams which were
significantly behind in total net value could catch up to their
competitors by simply picking off simple to kill targets, such as under
farmed cores and supports. The bounty for your winning group could climb
for each hero, which supposed dismissing carries and bullying supports
would enable losing teams to make a quick comeback.
Now, the
scaling bounty is tied into the individual net worth of the dying hero.
As a consequence of this shift, heroes which are far ahead of everyone
else will give away a massive amount of gold upon death if they have
caught out. This is great for heroes which don't slip all the farm from
their teammates, and remain relatively even in net worth with the rest
of the squad.
However, this is awful news for heroes like Tinker,
Alchemist, Medusa, Luna, and Anti-Mage. Dying now has more dire
effects, considering these heroes tend to go from lane to lane carrying
most of the available resources on the map. Teams that have these heroes
in their repertoire will have to be extra careful.
Luckily, it
is not all doom and gloom for cores here. The bounty multiplier
according to a hero's net worth was scaled down accordingly, together
with the lowest net value standing now using a multiplier of just 0.6.
Previously, this value was set at 0.8.
The buyback formulation has also

been moved from being based on enthusiast level and game time, to an
immediate purpose of a hero's overall net value. Wealthy cores will find
that buybacks now cost considerably longer for them, while affirms will
certainly welcome this alteration thanks to their reduced average net
value in the late game.
