I think the Legacy league mechanics needs to be part of the Standard/Hardcore Leagues only, much better more overhead for new players, it is really an optional layer you'll be able to choose to ignore entirely.

 It will not be like there may be Cheap POE Currency anything concerning this game which is player friendly.

I think it would also assistance to prevent the base leagues from being ghost towns when new leagues turn up and gives more variety to standard play to counterbalance the benefits of a fresh league that provide new perks.

As to Zana, I think Legacy highlighted how restrictive it turned out using different mechanics via Zana, it can Buy POE Orbs be worth spending the chaos for a lot of leagues, not worth every penny for other leagues and Zana doesn't allow standard/hardcore to view new legacy versions of products, one of the main advantages of playing the core leagues.
