Ramsey was edged out by pass rusher Joey Bosa and once again the Jaguars defensive rookie could be going head to head with another Bosa for the honors.Currently, Allen has the fifth best odds for the award.Nick Bosa, Quinnen Williams, Ed Oliver A.J.
