CHARLOTTE, N. Nike Air Max Saldi Online .C. -- The Hornets have exercised the third-year option on forward/center Frank Kaminsky. The 23-year-old Kaminsky appeared in 81 games with three starts as a rookie in 2015-16, averaging 7.5 points, 4.1 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 17.3 minutes per game. The 7-foot Kaminsky scored in double-digits 23 times, including two games of 20 or more and nine games of 15-plus points.Hornets general manager Rich Cho said Sunday night we have been very pleased with Franks development both offensively and defensively. We look forward to what he will continue to contribute to our organization while evolving into an even better player. Berra made 42 saves and Kris Russell scored at 1:32 of overtime, lifting the Calgary Flames to a 3-2 victory over the Chicago Blackhawks on Sunday night. http://www.airmaxitaliascarpe.it/scarpe-air-max-97-scontate.html .com) - Richie Incognito has reportedly been admitted to a psychiatric care unit in Arizona. Each week of the NFL campaign, we will sift through the deeper options at each position with an eye on identifying streaming fantasy commodities with valuable matchups to consider.Did you draft Jeremy Langford or Antonio Gates and need replacement options for this week in fantasy football? Or are you still waiting on Tom Brady to return from suspension? We have some choice names to consider for those seeking widely available options at each position.QuarterbackJoe Flacco, Baltimore RavensAlthough my recommendation of Joe Flacco wasnt a huge win last week, you should know that I am purposefully pulling my recommendations from players who are owned in less than 20 percent of ESPN.com leagues. Among those players, Flacco was pretty solid, but Trevor Siemian would have been a better play. However, it just wouldnt have been prudent to recommend a quarterback off waivers going against the Cincinnati Bengals. Ill stick with Flacco again this week, as he faces an Oakland Raiders defense that allowed the opposing quarterback to score at least 27 fantasy points in two of its three games this season. Expect a solid game from Flacco, as the Ravens still havent demonstrated they can effectively run the ball and will need to rely on Flaccos right arm. -K.D.Andy Dalton, Cincinnati BengalsWhile Dalton is rostered in nearly 63 percent of ESPN leagues as of press time, its telling to see hes been started in just 9.7 percent of leagues, the lowest rate among the top 20 quarterbacks in ownership in ESPN leagues (not counting the suspended Brady). It would be wise to get Dalton in starting lineups this week, however, as the Miami Dolphins exploitable defense comes to town. The Dolphins rank 21st in Football Outsiders DVOA (defense-adjusted value over average) and 26th in pass coverage without a cornerback graded in the top 60 at the position on Pro Football Focus. Not counting the Week 14 game that saw him exit early with a fractured thumb, Dalton produced at least 17 fantasy points in 10 of 12 games last season. With a touchdown on just 1.7 percent of his pass attempts this season -- ranked 31st among quarterbacks -- after ranking fourth in the league in touchdown percentage in 2015 (6.5 percent), a positive correction is coming for Dalton, and it could begin Thursday night. -J.M.Running backJordan Howard, Chicago BearsIf you play in a league with me, Howard hasnt been available since the draft. In almost all others, hes readily available, but will become the most added player in the NFL this week. Howard has all the tools to be a successful three-down back, and this weeks contest against the Detroit Lions will be his coming-out party. The Lions have allowed over 5 yards per carry to opposing running backs and have allowed the third-highest number of receptions to them as well. With Jeremy Langford likely sidelined, look for Howard to see upward of 20 touches as he lays claim to the starting job in Chicago going forward. -K.D.Matt Jones, Washington RedskinsNot only does Jones grade out favorably in some advanced metrics, such as ranking seventh among backs in elusive rating on Pro Football Focus -- a measure of forced missed tackles per touch -- he also has produced 66.1 percent of his teams rushing yardage and has consumed six of the Washington backfields eight carries in the red zone so far this season. The Browns have ceded 16.3 fantasy points to opposing backfields this season and a generous 2.82 yards before contact per rush, eighth most in the league. Jones has been deployed as a starter just 31 percent of the time this season in ESPN leagues but, like Dalton, merits a spot in lineups this week as a strong streaming option. -J.M.Wide receiverJamison Crowder, Washington RedskinsCrowder has seen at least seven targets in every game this season. Going into Monday nights game, only 24 wide receivers can claim at least the same level of usage each week. With a game coming this weekend against the Cleveland Browns, Crowder is a must-start, as the Browns have surrendered two touchdowns to opposing wide receivers in each of their first three games, which leaves plenty of upside for Crowder. -K.D.Terrelle Pryor, Cleveland BrownsIn a game reminiscent of a Friday night high school showdown, Pryor earned snaps at quarterback, running back, receiver and even safety in Week 3. With 144 receiving yards, 21 rushing yards and 35 passing yards, Pryor became the first player with at least 120 receiving yards, 20 rushing yards and 30 passing yards since Frank Gifford in 1959, per ESPN Stats & Info. With such valuable versatility on this side and facing a Washington secondary missing a key coverage component in safety DeAngelo Hall, Pryor is well positioned to provide a high total-yardage floor in the ccapital Sunday afternoon. Air Max Ingrosso. -J.M.Tight endClive Walford, Oakland RaidersWhen looking at tight ends with ownership percentages of 20 or lower who might be usable, the pickings are slim. Although he faces a Ravens defense that has surrendered just 10 fantasy points to opposing tight ends in three games, Walford earns my endorsement this week. Walford has been targeted 15 times so far this season, converting 13 of them into catches, and has become a reliable option for Derek Carr. If Walford is targeted five times, you could find yourself with 50 receiving yards and a potential touchdown, which is good upside for a tight end lottery ticket. -K.D.Hunter Henry, San Diego ChargersAntonio Gates is ailing with a serious hamstring injury and, according to reports, is unlikely to be available this week for a choice setup with the Saints. Henry is a talented rookie tight end who isnt tasked with many snaps in the blocking phase, as he was second on the team in routes run in Week 3 and finished with the second-most yards on the team, having caught all five of his targets in the loss to the Colts. Available in more than 90 percent of ESPN leagues and with a valuable target share in a potential shootout in San Diego this Sunday, Henry is an ideal streaming asset at a shallow position. -J.M.D/STDallas CowboysDespite earning just nine fantasy points in the first three weeks, the Cowboys D/ST is an intriguing option this week. The Cowboys go on the road to face a San Francisco 49ers team that has been uneven so far this season. The 49ers have committed at least one turnover in each game this season and arent anything close to an offensive juggernaut, which combines to make the Cowboys D/ST a safe bet for a positive point total. -K.D.Washington RedskinsDefenses facing the Browns have averaged 8.3 fantasy points per game this season, well above the league average of 5.8 points so far in 2016. The Redskins have blitzed opposing passers on 26.5 percent of dropbacks, also above league average, and could thrive in facing the Browns conservative passing scheme, led by a raw rookie in Cody Kessler. Its a bit of a bold tandem of susceptible NFC East defenses that Ken and I have selected this week, but in the spirit of selecting widely available streaming options, both qualify with plus matchups against exploitable respective foes. -J.M.Individual defensi
