HUAWEI aims to use artificial intelligence-powered features such as instant image recognition to take on rivals Samsung and Apple when it launches its new flagship phone next month Cheap Men's Nike Air Vapormax Plus Black , a top executive said Saturday.
Richard Wu, chief executive of Huawei’s consumer business, Saturday revealed a powerful new mobile phone chip Huawei is betting on for its upcoming flagship Mate 10 and other high-end phones to deliver faster processing and lower power consumption.
Huawei will launch the Mate 10 and its sister phone, the Mate 10 Pro, in Munich on Oct. 16, Wu confirmed. He declined to detail new features Cheap Women's Nike Air Max 270 Triple White , but the phones are expected to boast large, 6-inch-plus full-screen displays, tech blogs predict.
Artificial intelligence (AI) built into its new chips can help make phones more personalized, or anticipate the actions and interests of their users, Wu said.

“Compared with Samsung and Apple, we have advantages,” Wu said in an interview during the annual IFA consumer electronics fair in Berlin. “Users are in for much faster (feature) performance, longer battery life and more compact design.”
The company asserts its newly announced Kirin 970 chip will preserve battery life on phones by up to 50 percent.
Huawei describes the new chip as the first Neural Processing Unit (NPU) for smartphones. It brings together classic computing, graphics, image and digital signal processing power that have typically required separate chips Cheap Men's Nike SF-AF1 Wheat , taking up more space and slowing interaction between features within phones.

ARUSHA Cheap Men's Nike Air Force 1 Foamposite Triple Black , Tanzania, July 24 (Xinhua) -- A wild elephant has killed a farmer by trampling him to death after a group of mammals rampaged into a village in southern Tanzania's district of Tunduru, authorities said Monday.
The incident happened in Twendembele village in the district, and the elephant killed the 35-year-old man, who was on his sweet potatoes' farm, which is located along Mkundi River. The killed man was identified as Hamisa Malongo.
The incident occurred on Sunday night when jumbos stormed the village in search of food and water from the nearby Selous Game Reserve Cheap Women's Nike Air Force 1 Low GS Hyper Pink , according to eyewitnesses.
They said that the deceased was chasing the largest mammals from sweet potato farm.
"It is so sad! Malongo was trying to chase the animals away, but without his knowledge, the elephants started charging against him and finally they trampled on him to his death," one of the eyewitnesses said.
Villagers heaped the blames on wildlife officers for failing to control the animals from getting into peoples' homes as they come from Selous Game Reserve --one of the largest remaining wilderness areas in Africa, with relatively undisturbed ecological and biological processes, including a diverse range of wildlife with significant predatorprey relationships.

"We are determined to reinforce patrols in notorious areas for poaching as well as removing pastoralists and farmers who get into the game reserve," he said.
