District attorney Dave Young's spokeswoman Sue Lindsay said Thursday that the woman who made the allegations didn't show up to testify when subpoenaed.
Parks was arrested in March.
Court documents say his ex-girlfriend told authorities that Parks accused her of taking some of his belongings and made threatening phone calls to her after she went to his home in Englewood to pick up her belongings.
Parks has denied threatening the woman.
The Broncos and the NFL didn't immediately return messages on Thursday. The league can penalize players with or without a conviction if it determines a violation of the player code of conduct occurred.
The Dolphins have played against running back Brandon Bolden for the last six years Niles Paul Jersey , but they’ll get him on their side this season.
According to multiple reports, Bolden is signing with the Dolphins on Tuesday. The move comes four days after he was released by the Patriots as part of their cut to 53 players.
Bolden got some run on offense over the first four years of his career, but he has had just 14 carries and three receptions over the last two seasons. The bulk of his work has come as a special teamer and that figures to be the case in Miami as well given the presence of Frank Gore Youth Chad Thomas Jersey , Kenyan Drake, Senorise Perry and Kalen Ballage on the roster.
Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports center Travis Swanson will be released to make room for Bolden. Swanson signed with the team on Monday, so he probably didn’t make any down payments on a place to live yet.
UPDATE 11:11 a.m. ET: Salguero amended his original report about Swanson being released to say that a corresponding move will come without naming a player involved.
