The post-draft confidence level of our voters made that one percent jump from the pre-draft vote of 99% and we’re sitting at 100% right now. I’d like nothing more than to see this number hold steady during the Bears’ 100th anniversary all the way through the Super Bowl. Even though the 2018 season ended on a down note, we all realize that the pieces are in place for some sustained success, so our FanPulse was at 97% after 2018. It jumped one percentage point after free agency, then another before the draft, and now we’re only one of two fanbases that have supreme confidence in their team. They originally signed him on May 5th, following their rookie mini-camp, but released him on May 13th, to make room for UDFA tight end Jesper Horsted. EDIT: Dotson cleared waivers, so he reverts to the Bears’ injured reserve list. Doles, a three-year starter at right guard for the Northwestern Wildcats, was a team captain as a senior, and he was a four-year member of the Big Ten’s All Academic team.
