A 12-game winning streak has landed the Boston Bruins on top of the TSN. Jabari Parker Bucks Jersey .ca NHL Power Rankings, overtaking the St. Louis Blues. The Bruins have been consistently among the top teams for the past few months, but their current run has taken them to the top, despite not having a strength of schedule deficit compared to the Western Conference powers. Moving up this week, the Pittsburgh Penguins go from nine to six. Even though they have just one regulation win in the past six games, the Penguins also got wingers Chris Kunitz and James Neal back from injuries and that provides a relative boost compared to last weeks ranking. The never-say-die Detroit Red Wings are still hanging around in the playoff race, thanks largely to Gustav Nyquist, who has seven goals in the past six games, to help Detroit go 4-1-1 and jump to seventh in the Eastern Conference. The Red Wings, still depleted by injuries, are up from 24 to 21. Heading the other way, the Toronto Maple Leafs have dropped five straight as goaltender James Reimer has struggled to fill in for injured starter Jonathan Bernier and the Leafs dont play a structured enough game to get by without great goaltending. As a result, they sink from 17 to 22. Both the Carolina Hurricanes and Ottawa Senators dropped three spots, to 25 and 26, respectively, not through any great failings of their own, but the Detroit Red Wings, Vancouver Canucks and Calgary Flames all performed better and/or got healthier. Among other Canadian clubs, the Montreal Canadiens are up one spot, to 12, and the Winnipeg Jets are up two spots to 17. The Vancouver Canucks and Calgary Flames are both up a couple of places, to 23 and 24, respectively. SAN DIEGO -- The San Diego Chargers agreed to terms on a two-year contract with quarterback Kellen Clemens and signed inside linebacker Kavell Conner to a three-year contract on Thursday. Clemens will take over for Charlie Whitehurst, who became an unrestricted free agent. Clemens spent the last two seasons with the St. Louis Rams as a backup to starter Sam Bradford. Clemens started the last nine games after Bradford went down with a knee injury, completing 142 of 242 passes for 1,673 yards and eight touchdowns, with seven interceptions. Clemens was selected by the New York Jets in the second round of the 2006 draft. He signed with Wasshington in 2011, was released at the end of training camp and he later signed with Houston. Mirza Teletovic Jersey. He was claimed by the Rams after being waived that December. Conner is the second former Colts player to sign with the Chargers in the last three days, joining running back Donald Brown, who signed with the Chargers on Tuesday. Bristol, CT (SportsNetwork. Michael Brantley Jersey .com) - Stuart Scott, a longtime anchor at ESPN, died Sunday morning after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 49 years old. Scott joined ESPN in 1993 and anchored SportsCenter shows, hosted Monday Night Countdown during the NFL season and served as the lead host for NBA on ESPN and ABC. Known for catchphrases like Boo-Yah! and As cool as the other side of the pillow, Scott was diagnosed with cancer in November 2007 and dealt with recurring bouts of the disease. ESPN and everyone in the sports world have lost a true friend and a uniquely inspirational figure in Stuart Scott, ESPN president John Skipper said in a statement. Who engages in mixed martial arts training in the midst of chemotherapy treatments? Who leaves a hospital procedure to return to the set? His energetic and unwavering devotion to his family and to his work while fighting the battle of his life left us in awe, and he leaves a void that can never be replaced. Scott delivered an eloquent speech upon accepting the Jimmy V Award for Perseverance at the 2014 ESPY Awards in July, telling the audience, When you die, it does not mean that you lose to cancer. You beat cancer by how you live, why you live, and in the manner in which you live. Lonnie Chisenhall Indians Jersey . The Bundesliga club said in a statement that the former Liverpool defender Hyypia was being released "with immediate effect" following Fridays 2-1 loss at relegation-threatened Hamburger SV. Lewandowski stepped back to resume coaching Leverkusens youth side after securing Champions League qualification with Hyypia last season. He has been charged with securing at least fourth place in the Bundesliga to repeat the feat this time around. "He helped us out in a critical situation once before when he worked alongside Sami Hyypia following the release of Robin Dutt," Leverkusen sporting director Rudi Voeller said. "Were firmly convinced he will succeed again." Leverkusen previously drew with bottom side Eintracht Braunschweig and is in danger of losing fourth place, with both Wolfsburg and Borussia Moenchengladbach in a position to overtake on Saturday. "This decision was more than difficult because Sami did a brilliant job over the last two years," Voeller said. Leverkusen was second at one point in the Bundesliga but had a severe change in fortune after the winter break with only three wins from 12 league games this year. IIt has also endured humiliating losses to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League and second-division Kaiserslautern in the German Cup. Danny Salazar Jersey. "What he and his coaching staff achieved with the team in the first half of the season was well beyond expectations and earned him praise from all sides," Voeller said. "Thats why the current slump is even more painful for us. The dramatic events of the last few weeks leave us no other choice but to bring about a separation. We want to and have to try everything to save the season." Assistant coach Jan-Moritz Lichte was also released. "Its not an easy situation for me now to take Samis place," Lewandowski said. "We had responsibility for this team together for more than a year. So you cant take over without regret that the former partner couldnt realize his dreams." Kicker magazine said that Thomas Schaaf (former Werder Bremen coach), Markus Weinzierl (Augsburg), Armin Veh (Eintracht Frankfurt) and Jos Luhukay (Hertha Berlin) are all possible candidates to take over from next season. Hyypia is the seventh coach to lose his job in the Bundesliga this season, following the dismissals of Bruno Labbadia and his successor Thomas Schneider at Stuttgart, Thorsten Fink and his successor Bert van Marwijk at Hamburger SV, Michael Wiesinger at Nuremberg and Mirko Slomka at Hannover. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

LOS ANGELES, Calif. Jason Kipnis Rockies Jersey . - Former NFL All-Pro safety Darren Sharper surrendered to Los Angeles police after being named in a warrant involving a rape case in New Orleans. Sharper, 38, also is under investigation in sexual assault cases in Florida, Nevada and Arizona and has pleaded not guilty to rape charges in Los Angeles. Sharpers surrender Thursday night had been arranged in advance, LAPD Officer Bruce Borihan said. He was being held at the downtown Metropolitan Detention Center. In a bail motion filed in the California case, Los Angeles County Investigator John Maccharella described a pattern in which the former football star met women at clubs or parties and lured them to a hotel room, where they were allegedly drugged and raped. Lawyers for Sharper, who played in the NFL from 1997 to 2010 primarily with the Green Bay Packers, have said they would prove that any sexual contact Sharper engaged in was welcomed. The motion says the incidents happened in the past five months, with two occurring within a day in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Maccharella said he was told a woman went to a New Orleans bar with Sharper, consumed an alcoholic beverage provided by him and blacked out. She awoke the next morning while being sexually assaulted, the bail motion stated, noting that an exam later showed Sharpers DNA was present. Another man facing rape charges in the New Orleans case turned himself in to police there on Friday. Erik Nunez, 26, was booked on two counts of aggravated rape stemming from alleged assaults last September in New Orleans, police said. Police issued warrants on Thursday for Sharper and Nunez. They face charges in the alleged rape of two women at the same location Sept. 23, police spokeswoman Remi Braden said. Sharpers New Orleans-based lawyer, Nandi Campbell, and lawyer Leonard B. Levine, who represents Sharper in the California case, did not return telephone calls seeking comment. Braden said she did not know whether Nunez had a lawyer. The assault investigation in New Orleans is ongoing and additional arrests are possible, Braden said. If convicted in the California case, Sharper could face more than 30 years in state prison. If convicted of aggravated rape in Louisiana, both Sharper and Nunez could face life imprisonment. Sharper was selected All-Pro six times and chosen for the Pro Bowl five times. He played in two Super Bowls, one with the Green Bay Packers as a rookie and a second with the New Orleans Saints. Sharper retired after the 2010 season. He is an analyst for the NFL Network, which has suspended him indefinitely without pay. Nolan Arenado Rockies Jersey . The whole deflation of New England Patriots footballs is like a murder mystery without the violence or significance. On one side, this is a ridiculous issue. Trevor Story Rockies Jersey . -- Augusta James of Bath, Ont. MARTINSVILLE, Va. -- Kurt Buschs Sunday at Martinsville Speedway, in some ways, was like his career wrapped into one afternoon. It started with a pit road confrontation with Brad Keselowski, one that had Busch threatening over his radio to rearrange Keselowskis face when the race was finished, and ended with Busch ending an 83-race victory drought. The victory was his first for Stewart-Haas Racing, in just their sixth race together, suggesting that it could prove a very productive partnership, and one that a reflective Busch said he has learned to approach with a more mature attitude. "I ran a lot of my early part of my career as an individual and I didnt respect my team, my team owners," Busch said, adding that having Tony Stewart as a team owner has helped him learn the value of better team communication. Celebrating in Victory Lane also was emotional, too, because he got to do it for the first time with his son, Houston. "It was pretty emotional. To see him starry eyed and not knowing what he needed to do and I was directing him where he needed to stand and where he could see it all better and put him up on stage," Busch said, his voice cracking. "And to have him break down in tears, it got me crossed up because Ive been trying to deliver for him ... It kind of took it to a new level." Busch did it by passing Martinsville master Jimmie Johnson for the lead with 10 laps to go and holding off the eight-time winner to win at the track for the first time since October 2002. It was his 25th career Cup-level victory, and that it came in the most unlikely of places suggested to Busch that hes finally in the right place, team-wise and personally. "Youve got to put life in perspective, and you have to learn from your mistakes and you cant just sit there and try to muscle your way individually through certain situations," he said. "And so you rely on your experience level, you rely on your team, and this is a great day for me to be able to lift the trophy in Victory Lane for Stewart-Haas Racing." Johnson, with eight wins in 25 career starts on the 0.526-mile oval, led 11 times for 296 laps. He seemed on his way to another victory when he took the lead from Busch with 17 laps remaining. But Busch stayed close, ducked underneath Johnson seven laaps later and Johnson had nothing left to make a run at the lead, making for a polite-looking finish. Colorado Rockies Ian Desmond Jersey. "Thats all I had," Johnson said. "Man, I ran the rear tires off the car. I flipped every switch and knob I could in there to get front brake and turns fans off and try to help bring my balance back." Just ahead, Busch wasnt sure he could hang on. He hadnt finished in the top 10 in his last 16 starts here. "I didnt know if wed be able to do it, you know? The 48 car is king here, him or the 24," he said in Victory Lane, referring to Johnson and his Hendrick Motorsports teammate, Jeff Gordon, who also has eight Martinsville victories. "Ive been on this journey for a while and every time you come to Martinsville, you just kind of draw a line through it like theres no way Ill be able to challenge those Hendrick guys or be up in the top 10," Busch said. When it was over, Busch brushed aside talk about his in-race comments about his feud with Keselowski, who claimed that Busch "just drove right through me and ruined my day" on pit road, causing Keselowski to lose 30 laps and retaliate. "He tried to flatten all four of my tires," Busch said of his former teammate with Roger Penske Racing. "Thats a no fly zone. ... He will get what he gets back when I decide to give it back." The race featured an event-record 33 lead changes, and Johnson expected there would be one more, but on a slippery day on the smallest circuit in NASCARs premier series, the cars at the end werent conducive to typical short-track racing. "Man, we were so on edge slipping and sliding," Johnson said about the final laps duel, during which there was very little of the beating and banging that usually typifies end-of-the-day racing at Martinsville. "I think the lack of security in our own car kept us from feeling more racy and putting a bumper to someone or really getting inside someone aggressively." Dale Earnhardt Jr. was third, followed by Joey Logano and Marcos Ambrose. Virginia native Denny Hamlin, a four-time winner at Martinsville stung by criticism when he missed last weeks race in Fontana, Calif., because of an eye infection, promised Friday that he would win, and qualified second, but finished 19th. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

GUELPH, Ont. Josh McRoberts Jersey . -- The Guelph Storm drew first blood in the Ontario Hockey League final, but head coach Scott Walker looked as if his team had just dropped the opener. Jason Dickinsons goal 57 seconds into overtime gave the Storm a 3-2 win over the North Bay Battalion on Thursday for a 1-0 series lead. But Walker was far from happy with his teams performance. "To be honest with you, we have to play better," Walker said. "We have to focus on winning our battles, skating more and we cant take for granted that were here. They (the Battalion) earned their spot and we earned our spot. We have to start skating and start playing. "We did it in the first and then it was like we werent satisfied. There was something more out there, something better. There isnt anything better than what we were doing in the first." The first period was all Guelph, as they outshot the Battalion 16-6 and beat them to pucks right from the opening faceoff. Holding the leagues most potent offence scoreless in the first period seemed to give North Bay more confidence as the game went on. Battalion head coach Stan Butler was happy with the way his team matched up against the heavily favoured Storm. "I thought we played hard and it was a pretty even game. Once you get in overtime, one shot and its done," Butler said. "They have a great team and thats the style we have to play. We have to play hard, we have to check up ice, track the puck hard and not give them time and space. "If we sit back and watch like we did in the first period and allow them time and space, theyll do serious damage." The Battalion benefited from the scoreless opening 20 minutes by taking it to the Storm in the second. They were rewarded early when Ben Thomson, on a power play, snapped a fat rebound past goalie Justin Nichols, who made 32 saves on the night, for a 1-0 lead at 3:06. But Guelphs Brock McGinn evened the scored a minute later. North Bay continued to play a tough defensive game, holding the Storm to just seven shots in the second period. The Battalion regained the lead 3:35 into the third, as Jamie Lewis wrist shot from the faceoff circle found the top corner past Nichols. But Guelph made the most of the few scoring chances it had, and came back to tie the game once again on its second shot of the third period. Robby Fabbri found Mitchell cruising over the blue-line and he ripped a wrist shot over Smith for his 11th goal of the playoffs at 12:23. With the goal, Mitchell moved ahead of teammate Kerby Rychel, into first place in playoff points with 24. Guelph ended the game on its first shot of the extra period, with Dickinson wristing a shot from the top of the left faceoff circle over Smiths glove for his sixth goal of the playoffs. Smith made 27 saves. Guelph finished the game 0-for-4 on the power play, while North Bay was 1-for-2 with the man advantage. North Bay captain Barclay Goodrow said the Battalion are looking forward to stepping back on the ice in less than 24 hours for a chance at evening the series before heading home for Game 3 and 4 on Tuesday and Wednesday. "I think the advantage of playing back-to-back is you can get right back at it and you dont lose too much of the momentum you gained from the game before. Hopefully, we come out tomorrow and forget what happened tonight and keep on going." Chris Bosh Jersey .C. -- North Carolina State coach Mark Gottfried said his team had a "golden" opportunity to help its NCAA tournament chances.Derrick Williams Jersey . Among the six changes: Drivers are now eligible if they have competed for 30 or more years in NASCAR or turned 55 in the calendar year before nominating day. Previously, drivers were not eligible until they had been retired for three years, so drivers can continue to compete and still reach the hall.TORONTO -- The only topic of conversation in a sullen Blue Jays locker-room was Todd Redmond. There wasnt much else worth talking about. It wasnt as though Redmond pitched a no-hitter -- he didnt even make it to the seventh inning -- but a gutsy performance by the 28-year-old gave Toronto some hope on Tuesday night. That hope slowly eroded the moment Redmond left the field, and in the 11th inning Shane Victorinos two-run single gave the Boston Red Sox a 4-2 win they had been threatening ever since the moment the Blue Jays turned to their bullpen. But no one wanted to talk about that. So the focus was on Redmond, who was called up from triple-A Buffalo to start the game. He said he was proud he was able to grind out an appearance against the American League East leaders, even if the Blue Jays have now lost three straight. "With a team like this youve got to be able to throw strikes and get strike one, and I was able to do that tonight," said Redmond. "I was pretty successful against a really good team." The right-hander allowed just three hits with five strikeouts through 5 1-3 spotless innings on the strength of an effective fastball-slider combination that baffled the Red Sox (72-49) but required a high pitch count. Redmond looked like a different pitcher than he did in his last appearance with the Blue Jays (54-65) when he gave up three runs on seven hits in just 3 2-3 innings against the Los Angeles Angels on Aug. 2. "I think I threw the ball well," he said. "J.P. (Arencibia) did a great job behind the plate tonight calling the game and our defence played very well tonight." Arencibia wasnt so sure. Torontos catcher hit a solo shot in the eighth inning to tie the game 2-2 and put himself second on the Blue Jays all-time homer list for a catcher with 60. He was also responsible for the RBI single that gave the team a 1-0 lead in the fifth. Arencibia called Redmond "fantastic," but when the topic shifted to the bullpens performance he preferred to take the blame. The Blue Jays needed seven relievers to finish the game, another long day for a team whose bullpen leads the majors in innings pitched. Aaron Loup (4-5), who allowed Victorinos winning single, took the loss. "Maybe I could have called a different pitch. Maybe I could have done something different back there to get those guys out," said Arencibia. "(I) think theyve done a great job. In this game no ones definitely unhittable. The best of the best give up runs. Like I said, maybe I could have called something different." Trailing 1-0, the Red Sox offence was stymied until the seventh inning when Will Middlebrooks doubled off Sergio Santos and then scored on a single by Jaccoby Ellsbury that tied the game. Mario Chalmers Jersey. Dustin Pedroia brought home Ellsbury two batters later to put the Red Sox ahead 2-1. Boston starter Ryan Dempster of Gibsons, B.C., finished after seven innings of work with just the one run allowed on four hits with four strikeouts. Koji Uehara (3-0) pitched 1 1-3 innings to finish the game and pick up the win. "I felt like I was able to make pitches when I was behind in the count, which is huge," said Dempster. "I had a real good split tonight, thats probably what kept them off balance more than anything." Dempster completed the fifth inning with 61 pitches to Redmonds 86 but still gave up the first run. Brett Lawrie of Langley, B.C., doubled off Dempster and took third on a sacrifice fly before scoring on a single by Arencibia that gave the Blue Jays the lead. Redmond lasted just eight more pitches into the sixth. He hit Victorino on his 92nd effort, then got Pedroia to fly out two pitches later. That ended Redmonds night, and he walked off the field to applause from the 32,816 fans at Rogers Centre. "Shoot, I thought he was great," said Blue Jays manager John Gibbons. "He pitched tonight like hes been pitching all year. ... First thing, hes a great competitor. You know hes gotten an opportunity here and hes taken advantage of it." Brett Cecil took over for Toronto and promptly gave up a single to David Ortiz and walked Daniel Nava to load the bases. But he escaped danger by striking out Mike Napoli and getting Stephen Drew to fly out. The Blue Jays attempted to add another run in the bottom of the sixth when Jose Reyes appeared to frustrate Dempster at second base and elicited several throws from the Boston pitcher. Reyes gamesmanship meant little when Edwin Encarnacions drive to right was relayed home by Victorino, where Saltalamacchia easily tagged Reyes. Notes: The Blue Jays placed starting pitcher Josh Johnson on the 15-day disabled list with tightness in his right forearm. Toronto called up RHP Thad Weber from triple-A Buffalo to replace Johnson. RHP Esmil Rogers (3-7, 5.12 earned-run average) will start in place of Johnson on Wednesday against Boston left Jon Lester (10-7, 4.37 ERA). ... Blue Jays reliever Juan Perez has elected to skip Tommy John surgery in favour of eight weeks rehab. Perez suffered a partial tear of the ulnar collateral ligament in his left elbow Friday against Oakland. ... Toronto centre-fielder Colby Rasmus was given a second straight day off with an oblique strain suffered Sunday against Oakland. Gibbons said prior to the game he hopes Rasmus plays Wednesday but didnt rule out a trip to the disabled list. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

WINNIPEG -- Head coach Mike OShea checked himself as he was describing how he felt about a pass interference rule change that was a contributing factor to his Winnipeg Blue Bombers 24-22 pre-season loss to the Toronto Argos. Adrian Peterson Jersey . Toronto coach Scott Milanovich was the first in the CFL to avail himself of the chance to challenge the officials failure to rule pass interference on a play and subject it to video review. His challenge stood and it helped set up Steve Slatons second touchdown of the game to put Toronto ahead 24-16. "It worked out well for coach Milanovich, for Scott, and it was pass interference, I believe it was pass interference," he said. "The rule worked and do I like the rule? Not really. There might be some problems with it at some point." But he cut himself off when asked to go any further. "I dont think Im allowed to talk about it." The loss hurt but he was happy with a lot of what he saw on the field. The Bombers saw CFL rookie running backs Paris Cotton and Nic Grigsby deliver some of the same stuff theyve flashed in practice and Canadian receiver Julian Feoli-Gudino scored his first touchdown. They also got solid performances from the two players auditioning for the kicking job. Slaton meanwhile was also happy after his performance and while it was only a pre-season game he said a win is always worth something. "Yeah, everybodys competing for jobs," he said of the solid performance of some Argos rookies. Toronto got a few good carries from running back Jeremiah Johnson, those two touchdowns from Slaton and a solid first quarter out of quarterback Trevor Harris, not a rookie but a likely candidate to move up to Ricky Rays No. 1 backup this season. Harris completed eight of 12 throws for 81 yards. Drew Willy debuted as the starting quarterback for the Bombers. Willy completed six of his 12 passing attempts for 108 yards and one touchdown before he left the game. "Its fun to get out and play in a real game with these guys," he said. Running back Anthony Coombs also got to appear in front of a hometown crowd Monday as a CFL player for the first time, although not in a Bombers uniform. The former University of Manitoba Bison was drafted by the Argos third overall this year. He had six carries for 19 yards rushing, another four yards on a punt return and 30 on a kickoff return. "Any role that they put me in I just want to help the team," he said. "Theyve got me on some special teams, some running back, Im very versatile so whatever they see fit that I can contribute the most Ill be more than willing to do to help us win." He also said he had few friends in the stands. The Bisons share Investors Group Field with the Bombers and is located on the campus of the University of Manitoba. "The response was good. I had a couple of cheers." The CFL Players Association is expected to vote this week on a tentative contract with the league that may determine whether the pre-season, or regular season, continues beyond Monday. Glenn January is Winnipegs CFL players representative and he says he doesnt know when the vote will be held. "My job as a player rep is just to inform the guys, Im not here to sway them one way or the other," he said. "Well definitely sit down tomorrow and hammer everything out and have a nice little session of discussions and see where we go from there." The Bombers scored first on a 43-yard field goal from Lirim Hajrullahu, a rookie Canadian out of Western, set up by a 47-yard pass from Willy to veteran receiver Clarence Denmark. Toronto made it 7-3 with a little more that three minutes to go in the first after a one-yard run by sophomore running back Curtis Steele. Slaton then ran 13 yards for Torontos second touchdown about three minutes into the second quarter as the Argos moved ahead 14-3. The Bombers came back with a solid 76-yard drive capped by a short touchdown pass to an unguarded Feoli-Gudino and closed the gap to four points. Brett Maher closed it to one with a 47-yard field goal before the first half ended. Maher is the import also vying for the kickers job and he had a 35-yarder in the fourth. Torontos Josh Jasper missed a 41-yard field-goal attempt in the third but connected with a 14-yard kick later in the quarter. Both teams had touchdowns called back. The Bombers lost theirs on a penalty and Toronto did so when a video replay showed the ball was lost before it broke the goal line. Winnipeg tested all four of its quarterbacks Monday. Toronto didnt dress veteran starting quarterback Ricky Ray, going with their three backups. The two teams should know each other well, although both have made significant changes since last season. Former Winnipeg head coach Tim Burke (defensive co-ordinator) heads a cast of former Bomber coaches now working for the Argonauts and former Toronto special teams co-ordinator Mike OShea took over from Burke as head coach of the Bombers. If it isnt derailed by a work stoppage, the Bombers and Argos are also set to open the regular CFL season when they meet again in Winnipeg June 26. The attendance for the game was 24,000. Alvin Kamara Youth Jersey . - Joao Plata scored twice in the final 24 minutes, including the winner in stoppage time, to help Real Salt Lake remain unbeaten with a 3-2 victory over the winless Chicago Fire on Saturday night. Alvin Kamara Jersey . LA (SportsNetwork. MIAMI -- Down by 15 early, the Miami Heat could have hit the panic button. Instead, they found a way to move within two wins of another trip to the NBA Finals. LeBron James scored 26 points, Dwyane Wade added 23 and the Heat shook off a horrid start to beat the Indiana Pacers 99-87 on Saturday night in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference finals, taking a 2-1 lead and breaking a back-and-forth trend in the rivalry. The teams had alternated wins and losses in 13 straight meetings -- until now. Miami once trailed 37-22, before outscoring Indiana 77-50 the rest of the way. "A lot of our situations that weve been through where weve struggled have been against this team," Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said. "Thats what they do to you. Theyre very good. Its a function of their defence. "But we had no choice but try to re-gather." That they did. And then some. Ray Allen added 16 points and led a late-game charge for the Heat, who will host Game 4 on Monday night. And it was the second time this season the Heat rallied from 15 points down to beat the Pacers in Miami -- it also happened on Dec. 18. "Tough loss for our guys," Pacers coach Frank Vogel said. "Thought we competed pretty well, came out of the gates really strong, got off to a good start and then didnt manage our foul trouble well and didnt manage picking up their defensive intensity well." Its the third straight series where the Pacers have faced a deficit. "A ton," Vogel said when asked how much resiliency the Pacers have left. "Its very early in the series." Paul George scored 17 points for Indiana, shooting 5 for 13 in his return after being concussed late in Game 2. Roy Hibbert had 16 points, David West added 13 and Lance Stephenson scored 10 for the Pacers, who never trailed until early in the third quarter. Miami started the game 2 for 10 from the floor. The Heat then made 21 of their next 31 shots, including eight straight in the third that gave the two-time defending NBA champions their first lead. James dunk with 7:36 remaining in the third put Miami up for the first time, 52-51. That was the first of nine lead changes in the quarter, before the Heat did what Spoelstra implored his team to do in a pregame locker room address. "Impose our identity," Spoelstra said. Eventually, the message reached the Heat, and their two best players led the way. "We just want to get better as the series goes on," James said. "WWe want to move their defence from side to side. Adrian Peterson Saints Jersey. When we do that, we give ourselves an opportunity to get to the lane. And when our shooters get going it definitely adds more space as you saw in the fourth quarter." James 3-pointer with 1:21 left in the third put Miami up 67-63, then its biggest lead of the night. Wade subbed in for James with 5.7 seconds left because the four-time MVP was dealing with what appeared to be a hamstring cramp and connected on a 3-pointer with 1.4 ticks remaining for a 74-67 lead going into the fourth. James retreated toward the locker room at that point, stopping halfway down the hallway known as "Championship Alley" while trainer Mike Mancias stretched him out. Meanwhile, Wade -- not exactly known for behind-the-arc prowess -- opened the fourth quarter with another 3, the Heat were up 10 and the floodgates were opening. Indiana got to 76-74 before Allen made a 3-pointer, and with that, the tone was set for the final minutes. Allen made three 3s in the final 5:59, the last of those putting Miami up by 15. "I think we need to stick to what we do," West said. "We got away from ourselves. We tried to make some stuff on the fly, which is not us." The halftime score looked ugly: Pacers 42, Heat 38. That didnt even come close to describing how much Miami struggled at times. Heres one example: After 11 minutes, it was Hibbert 10, Heat 10. Indiana led 19-5 early and 37-22 midway through the second. Luis Scola scored eight points off the bench in less than three minutes, and the Pacers were rolling. Or at least, looked like they were rolling. In the final 6:22 of the half, they had more turnovers (six) than points (five). And Miami took advantage, especially after George went to the bench with his third foul. Wade and James combined for 14 of Miamis final 18 points in the second, and a pair of short shots by Wade in the final minute helped pull the Heat within four at the break. NOTES: Commissioner Adam Silver was in attendance, posing with plenty of fans for photos. ... Stephenson had nine rebounds by halftime. The Heat, in total, had 11. ... Heat F Shane Battier, announced earlier in the day as the winner of the leagues Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year award, got his trophy in a pregame ceremony from 2013 recipient Chauncey Billups. ... Greg Oden was active for Miami for the first time since Game 4 of the opening round, with Michael Beasley on the inactive list. 23:54ET 24-05-14 Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys ChinaCheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

LOS ANGELES - The Raptors will be at the edge of the NBA spotlight Sunday evening, whether they like it or not. Rick Barry Warriors Jersey . Basketball fans around the globe will be watching as Kobe Bryant makes his season debut - 240 days after tearing his left Achilles - against Toronto, a team he has used as his own personal punching bag. Bryant announced his return in a video posted on his Facebook page Friday afternoon and the game, which airs at 9:30pm et on TSN2, will also be picked up by NBA TV in the US. All eyes will be locked on the Lakers future Hall-of-Famer, all except the Raptors coach, who would rather avoid becoming a sideshow in the Bryant circus that is sure to consume Staples Center on Sunday. "Everybodys going to be watching Kobe come back but Im totally concerned about the Toronto Raptors," said Dwane Casey, hoping to put an end to his teams five-game skid. "No disrespect to Kobe, hes one of our greats in the game, we need him in the game, but for us Im worried about the Toronto Raptors, our physical disposition, our approach, our toughness." Whether he cares to admit it, the Lakers did Casey and Torontos coaching staff a favour by making their announcement public Friday rather than keeping Bryants status under wraps until game day. As the home team - with an assist from the NBA - shamelessly builds the hype for Bryants return, the visitors are trying desperately to dodge it. "Weve got to go out there and play hard regardless, [even] if we werent on TV, if we were just playing in front of five people," said California-native DeMar DeRozan after practicing at the Clippers training center in LA Saturday afternoon. A match-up with the struggling Raptors is a fitting return for Bryant, who has torched Toronto throughout his 17-year career. Bryant is averaging 28.3 points in 29 games against the Raptors, his second highest average against any opponent, inflated by his infamous 81-point performance. Bryant has only lost to Toronto at Staples once, back in 2001, and the Raptors havent defeated the Lakers in LA since. Now the question is: How will the 35-year-old fare coming off major surgery, after an eight-month layoff? "Me, knowing him, he wouldnt come back if he didnt think he could play at a dominant level," DeRozan insisted. "I think its mixed emotion for everybody. Everybodys just eager to see how hell be. Everybody always tries to doubt him in some way and he always seems to prove people wrong. So its just another test for him, well see how he bounces back." Bryant should see limited playing time in his first game back, roughly 20-30 minutes of action per Lakers coach Mike DAntoni. Although working one of the all-time greats back into your lineup isnt a bad problem to have, DAntoni hopes it wont disrupt the chemistry thats been built over the teams first 19 games. "Theyve been moving the basketball well, [doing] a lot of things [DAntoni was] doing in New York with the same sets, same things he was doing in Phoenix," Casey said of the 10-9 Lakers. "A lot of pick-and-rolls, the ball was humming, moving and I assume theyre going to do the same thing with [Bryant] coming back. We just have to be prepared." With Bryant hurt, Steve Nash out of the lineup - hes already been ruled out for Sundays game - and Dwight Howard in Houston, these Lakers have looked more like a vintage DAntoni team than last seasons incarnation ever did. This team has played at the NBAs third quickest pace, making more three-point shots per game than any other in the league. Now how do they integrate Bryant? The Raptors - in full out "we need to worry about ourselves"-mode Saturday - are navigating through an identity crisis of their own. Opponents have shot over 45 per cent in each game during their losing streak and have exceeded 100 points in four of the five contests. Their latest defeat, a 106-97 loss in Phoenix Friday, exposed a lack of toughness on both ends of the floor. "Weve gotten away from that for whatever reason," Casey said after his team was out-rebounded 53-36 by the Suns, including an 18-11 disparity on the offensive glass. "Were not the hit first team that we were." To make matters worse, Toronto may be without its most physical player on Sunday after Tyler Hansbrough sprained his left shoulder against the Suns. The Raptors forward underwent an MRI in LA Saturday morning and the team is awaiting the results before determining his status. Playing on the big stage, with the focus surrounding the other team and its best player, the Raptors have an opportunity to spoil the party and prove themselves in front of a large audience. "Weve got to get out of this slump," DeRozan said. "We understand it doesnt feel good, its a bad feeling and weve got to turn it around." Klay Thompson Warriors Jersey . Head of clinic Josef Obrist tells the Austria Press Agency on Thursday that Morgenstern "is doing surprisingly well. ... He still has a memory gap but thats nothing unusual." Morgenstern has moved to a rehabilitation clinic in Klagenfurt for further recovery. Zaza Pachulia Jersey . While Chelsea stayed two points behind leader Arsenal courtesy of Etoos hat trick, seventh-place United slipped 14 points from the summit this weekend. And the gap from the Champions League places is growing as well, with Liverpool six points ahead in fourth.ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. - Left tackle Bryant McKinnie and the Miami Dolphins had trouble handling the Buffalo Bills blitz during the game. And McKinnie and company had difficulty coming up with answers afterward, too, following a 19-0 loss on Sunday that put a dent in the Dolphins playoff chances. "Um," McKinnie said, beginning to laugh uncomfortably when asked what went wrong, "I dont know. I couldnt tell you." The patchwork offensive line — the Dolphins season-long weakness — gave up a season-worst seven sacks and was part of a unit that managed just 103 yards and six first downs against an AFC East rival that had little to play for after being eliminated from playoff contention a week earlier. "I dont know," added right tackle Tyson Clabo of a line thats surrendered a franchise season-worst 58 sacks. "Obviously that wasnt our goal to have that stat..." The Dolphins (8-7) had a three-game winning streak snapped and find themselves in a convoluted mix of four teams — Baltimore (8-7), San Diego (8-7) and Pittsburgh (7-8) — competing for the AFCs final playoff spot. Miami needs help while closing at home against the New York Jets next weekend. The Dolphins loss clinched the AFC East for New England. Buffalos blitz got to starter Ryan Tannehill on the third play from scrimmage. And the pass rush didnt stop until he was sacked a final time on his second-to-last snap of the game. In closing their home schedule, the Bills (6-9) won consecutive games for the first time since Weeks 2-3 of last season. "That was a pretty good beating," Bills defensive co-ordinator Mike Pettine said. "They were flying around. They were getting off the ball and they just looked a step faster than Miami did all day." Veteran defensive tackle Kyle Williams and rookie cornerback Nickell Robey had two sacks apiece. Mario Williams, Jerry Hughes and DaNorris Searcy added one each in helping Buffalo to its first shutout in over two years — and first at Ralph Wilson Stadium since a 21-0 win over Miami on Dec. 17, 2006. The seven sacks upped Buffalos total to 56 this season, breaking its previous high of 50 during a 14-game season in 1964. "Its a nice consolation for where we are," Kyle Williams said. "I think youve seen today potentially what we can do." The defence took the burden off a depleted offence lled by backup Thad Lewis starting in place of rookie EJ Manuel, out because of a swollen left knee. Chris Mullin Warriors Jersey. . And the Bills offence finished without its top three receivers. Rookie Marquise Goodwin had a right knee injury late in the first quarter. Fellow rookie Robert Woods was ejected for punching safety Reshad Jones in the facemask in the third quarter. Veteran starter Stevie Johnson was excused to be with his family following the death of his mother. Dan Carpenter essentially sealed the win by hitting a 45-yard field goal to cap the Bills second possession. Carpenter finished hitting all four attempts against his former team, and Fred Jackson had 111 yards of offence, including a 9-yard touchdown. "Im very proud of this team," rookie head coach Doug Marrone said. "It was an honour to be on that sideline and watch those guys perform." Lewis, who grew up in Miami, finished 15 of 25 for 193 yards and an interception. He improved to 2-2 this season, with both wins coming against the Dolphins. Miami crossed midfield only three times, converted just two of 14 third-down chances, and managed just six first downs, including two in the second half. Tannehill finished 10 of 27 for 82 yards and was briefly knocked out of the game with a left knee injury after Williams second sack early in the fourth quarter. Matt Moore took over and provided Miami a short-lived spark by completing a 50-yard pass to Brian Hartline. He followed by throwing an interception to Jim Leonhard. Though Tannehill said his knees fine, he wasnt pleased with the offences outing. "It wasnt one thing, it wasnt one area," Tannehill said. "Every aspect of the game, we failed to step up to the plate." NOTES: The Bills have three players with at least 10 sacks — Mario Williams (13), Kyle Williams (10 1/2) and Jerry Hughes (10) — for only the second time since 1995. And theyre the first NFL team with three since the 2000 Saints. ... The Dolphins were shut out for the first time since closing last season with a 28-0 loss at New England, and were swept by Buffalo. ... Tannehill has 3,709 yards passing to move into 10th on the Dolphins single-season list. The top-nine spots are held by Dan Marino. ... Marrone revealed after the game that DT Marcell Dareus was benched for the first quarter for violating undisclosed team rules. Cheap NFL Jerseys Cheap NFL Jerseys China Cheap Jerseys From China Cheap NFL Jerseys Authentic Wholesale Jerseys China Cheap NFL Jerseys China NFL Cheap Jerseys ' ' '

With Serbia crippled by injuries and suspensions, all eyes will be on Novak Djokovic to lead his country to its second Davis Cup title against the defending champion Czech Republic. Christian McCaffrey Youth Jersey . The second-ranked Serb, who is on a 22-match unbeaten run, has to do what he has done numerous times in the past: win both singles matches to give the small Balkan country a chance in the best-of-five series starting Friday. However, Serbias chances were hit Thursday when Janko Tipsarevic was ruled out of the final with a heel injury. Serbia will also miss Viktor Troicki, the star of the 2010 Davis Cup home victory over France. Troicki is out because of a 12-month suspension for skipping a blood test in April. Thursdays pitted Djokovic against Radek Stepanek and Tipsarevics replacement, Dusan Lajovic, against Tomas Berdych in Fridays opening singles. The doubles are scheduled for Saturday and reverse singles are Sunday. "Its a real drawback for our team that we dont have both Janko and Viktor," Djokovic said. "I hope that I can win the first match, the first point is very important as it could release pressure on Lajovic." The 117th-ranked Lajovic has played only one dead rubber in the Davis Cup, and has no major victories against top players on the ATP Tour. "Im very excited that Ill play on Friday," the 23-year-old Lajovic said. "With the support of the crowd, I could maybe surprise Berdych." Berdych said he has never watched Lajovic play and will try to adjust to his game. "I will do some scouting before the match," Berdych said. "It is good that this is a best-of-five match and Ill have time to adjust." Berdych, who has a 13-1 record in Davis Cup doubles with Stepanek, predicted the doubles will decide the winner. Djokovic said that although he has not played many doubles matches in recent years, he would be ready on Saturday if needed. First, though, he has to focus on the match against Stepanek before deciding whether he would play all three matches in the final. "Stepanek is a very tricky player," Djokovic said of the Czech veteran. "He likes to rush to the net and change rhythm of the match." Stepanek said the fact that hes not favoured to win against Djokovic may help his play. "Im looking forward to it," Stepanek said. "My advantage is that no one expects me to beat Novak." Djokovic has won his last four tournaments, including the ATP finals in London, where he beat top-ranked Rafael Nadal 6-3, 6-4 in the final on Monday. The Czechs are in the final for the third time in five years. Curtis Samuel Jersey . The 36-year-old said a few months ago he would hang up his boots at the end of the season, but has since changed his mind. "Its a pity the season is ending now, as I am in good physical shape and enjoying myself," Di Natale said.Christian McCaffrey Jersey .C. Lions. The clubs former starting quarterback, assistant and head coach returned Thursday as its receivers coach.VIGO, Spain -- Celta Vigo virtually secured its place in next seasons Spanish league with a 4-1 win over relegation-threatened Valladolid, which remained in the drop zone. Celta scored a pair of goals either side of halftime to move up to 10th place, 11 points ahead of 19th-place Valladolid. However, Celta is still not mathematically secure since its opponent has four matches to plaay because of a game in hand, against Real Madrid. Harrison Butker Panthers Jersey. Nolito scored twice and Charles also netted before Stefan Mitrovics own goal put the hosts ahead 4-0 after just 49 minutes. CLEVELAND -- Anderson Varejao cant explain how the Cleveland Cavaliers broke their season-high six-game losing streak. Jerami Grant 76ers Jerseys . Hes just glad they did. Varejao played a major role, hitting two crucial jumpers in overtime and tying a franchise record with a career-high 25 rebounds to give his struggling team a lift in an 87-81 victory over the Orlando Magic on Thursday night. "I still dont know how we won that game," he said. "It was crazy, but Ill take it." The Cavaliers played without All-Star point guard Kyrie Irving, who missed his first game this season because of a bruised left knee. Irving averages a team-high 22.2 points for the Cavaliers, who trailed 78-68 with just over a minute and a half to play. Thanks to crucial Orlando mistakes and some big plays of their own, the Cavaliers tied the game on Dion Waiters layup with 0.6 seconds remaining and dominated the extra session. Varejaos basket with 2:07 remaining in OT put Cleveland ahead 83-81. He added another basket with 1:34 left and hit two free throws with 23.9 seconds remaining to finish with 18 points. "He was a problem for us all night," Orlando coach Jacque Vaughn said. "Hes relentless. Give him credit for going hard the whole game." Varejaos big night was no surprise to his teammates. "We expect that of him," Waiters said. "Hes a rebounding machine." Glen Davis scored 16 points for the Magic, who scored only two points in overtime and couldnt hold the 10-point lead with 1:34 to play in regulation. "We blew it, bottom line," Magic forward Tobias Harris said. "It was a tough, tough loss. The whole game, we thought it was ours. These are the ones we need to win. Very tough loss." A basket by Varejao and two free throws by Waiters made it 79-72 with 50 seconds remaining. Jarrett Jack, starting in place of Irving, cut the lead to 79-75 by hitting three foul shots with 13.9 seconds remaining. After Orlando was called for a 5-second violation trying to inbound the ball, Waiters basket cut the lead to 79-77 with 10.1 seconds left. ETwaun Moore missed two free throws and Cleveland was awarded the ball with 9.3 seconds left after a video review. Waiters took the inbounds pass and drove down the left of the lane to tie the game. Jameer Nelsons 3-point attempt from the corner bounced off the rim and the teams went to overtime. Clevelands last three home games have gone to overtime. Waiters scored 17 points and Tristan Thompson added 16 for the Cavaliers. Nelson scored 14 points for the Magic, while Arron Afflalo and Andrew Nicholson had 12 apiece. Irving felt a "pop" in his knee while driving to the basket in Tuesdays loss to Indiana, but an MRI on Wednesday revealed he only sustained a bruise. Hes listed as day to day. Clevelands next game is Saturday at Brooklyn and the Cavaliers host Indiana on Sunday. "We found a way to win," Cleveland coach Mike Brown said. "It was exciting getting stops instead of trying to outscore everyone. When you allow two points in overtime, youre doing something right. Its great that our guys saw that we dont have to score to win games." Varejao tied the teams single-game rebounding record set by Rick Roberson on March 4, 1972. Magic centre Nikola Vucevic missed the game after spraining his left ankle Tuesday in a 94-81 loss to Golden State. He missed four games with the same injury in early December and is considered day to day. Vucevic is averaging 13.4 points and a team-high 11.1 rebounds. The Cavaliers defeated the Magic 109-100 in Orlando on Dec. 13. Neither team could build a lead in the first half. Cleveland led by five points several times in the first quarter, while Orlando went ahead by six in the second period. Thompsons basket at the buzzer gave the Cavaliers a 41-39 lead at halftime. Orlando is 4-11 on the road. The arena was about half full, thanks to a snowstorm that hit the area. The announced attendance was 14,248. NOTES: Irving watched the game from the bench in a coat and tie. ... Vaughn said before the game he doesnt believe Vucevics injury will linger. "The good news is hes on the trip with us and hes out there working on the court. I dont think this is something to be really worried about." ... Jason Maxiell started in Vucevics spot after having played 33 total minutes in Orlandos previous eight games. ... Cavaliers G Matthew Dellavedova earned a loud ovation for tying up Davis for a jump ball in the second quarter. Dellavedova is 6-foot-4 and 200 pounds while Davis is listed at 6-9 and 289 pounds. Nerlens Noel Jersey . "Youre not really spending time to sit back and analyze what your competitions doing and things like that," Anthopoulos said. "Youre so focused on what were trying to get done." Ultimately, while the landscape around them changed with trades both major and minor, the Blue Jays did nothing before Thursdays non-waiver deadline. Joel Embiid Jersey . - Maxence Parrot of Bromont, Que.CALGARY - Calgary Stampeders running back Jon Cornish and receiver Maurice Price will not play in Fridays regular-season finale against the B.C. Neither player will travel with the Stampeders (14-3) to Vancouver, the football club said. Cornish sat out six games in July and August with concussion symptoms. He took a high hit from Montreals Kyries Hebert in the season-opener.
