If one were to adjust the harm%'s of his Sanrenzan, or even add extra attack lines, it makes him overpowered. Maybe if Shinsoku needed a greater% damage per line, it can help matters, but I'd suggest including a dab of some kind to his kit.

Now, abilities aside, I believe there is an even greater reason he doesn't get as much love from gamers: his command.
